Our Yoga Studio

In addition to offering traditional Yoga and Pilates, we are pleased to offer a range of hot Yoga classes in our studio. For these sessions, our studio is heated to 39 °C using infrared heating panels.

We have a variety of Hot yoga classes that cater to all abilities. Whether you have been attending classes for years or this is your first time, we have a class for you.
