Premier Gym is all about creating healthy habit and a lifestyle you can maintain, so whether you are looking for an after work class, early morning workout, a chilly Sunday yoga class or afternoon coffee and social we have it all under one roof.

Our mission is to help each member get the most out of their training. Whether you are at the peak of your training or taking the first sets into your fitness journey, we want to be by your side and help you achieve your goals.

Everything you need, all under one roof

We offer smart integrated cardiovascular equipment by Pulse Fitness, state of the art free weights, a studio cycling, a selection of both hot and traditional yoga classes, and *Reformer Pilates (*additional fee applies)

We pride ourselves on being accessible to everyone, therefore have a wide range of classes that are adaptable for all abilities.

We also have a sauna on-site, free to use for all gym members, and a café in our reception serving bean-to-cup coffee from 5am, a wide range of hot and cold drinks.

We also offer a selection of healthy high-protein frozen meals provided by GSN, which can be eaten in or taken away!
