We offer a wide range of classes at Premier Gym, from challenging and carefully planned workouts to relaxing group yoga sessions. All of our classes are run by our expert personal trainers and are designed to improve the fitness, health and strength of any and every one of our members. Circuit Training
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises. Each type of exercise is performed one after another and aims to build strength and muscular endurance, once each exercise in the programme has been performed once, a ‘circuit’ has been completed. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short and often with rapid movement to the next exercise, which makes this class fantastic for those who want to build strength, work on their cardiovascular fitness and get the most of their workout.
Group Cycle
We offer a low-pact indoor cycle class that is great for everyone from a novice to a competitive tri-athlete! Increase your aerobic/anaerobic capacity, burn calories and jump-start your metabolism with this outdoor-ride simulation.
HIIT
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, alternating between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. The method is not just restricted to cardio as well, we frequently include weights for the short periods too.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with a particular emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve your overall fitness and strength.
Ab Blitz
A specific core strength training session focusing on improving your technique and endurance when training your abdominals.
Suspension Training
Used by the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of a Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100’s of exercises.
Extreme Fit
This session moves through progressive drills that feature explosive, dynamic and cardio-heavy movements that work each muscle group one-by-one, with an emphasis on recovery throughout
Beginners Yoga
Beginners Yoga can be used to balance your mind, release stress and connect with your body. This class explores the main elements of yoga, breaking down sun salutations, vinyasa, seated stretches, core work, balancing, backbends and relaxation.
Rig Fit
Rigs and racks allows users to work on all aspects of strength training, from compounded lifting moves to dynamic HIIT programs designed to test your resolve.
HIIT Yoga
this class provides the perfect blend of yoga and cardio based exercises to strengthen the core, improve fitness and get you working out on the mat. Whether you’re into yoga, pushing weights or cardio crushing, this class will get your heart pumping, body sweating and your mind focused.
